2.4 You further acknowledge that your obligation to pay CSW all such fees, charges, and applicable taxes for the Service does not depend on usage of the Service, and that you remain obligated to pay CSW for the Service regardless of whether the Service is used or not. Unless you enroll as part of a free trial, your obligation to pay for the Service begins on the date of your enrollment in the Service, not the date of your first use of the Service. If made available, free trial or free access periods to use the Service also begin on the date of your enrollment in the free trial for the Service, and not the date of your first use of it.

The price you pay for a Service is stipulated at the time you enroll in such Service and is valid for the initial period for which you enrolled in the Service. CSW reserves the right to change the price paid for a subscription after the initial enrollment period. Of course, users will be notified if such price increase would ever occur. We may, at our discretion, offer grand-father pricing where users can lock-in their old rates so long as they keep an active membership.

Our memberships are structured on an annual basis; we do not provide month-to-month memberships. While we offer the convenience of monthly payment options, it's important to understand that these are part of a yearly commitment. As a member, you are responsible for fulfilling the payment for the entire year. If you cancel before your year anniversary, your card will be charge the remainder of your membership fee.

2.5 Refund and Money-back Guarantee: Different Services (and sometimes specific offers) have different refund policies (including some that offer no refunds or require a fee). Please review the specific terms of your offer before signing up as you are agreeing to be bound those terms. If you are unsure of your cancellation rights, please contact our member support.

Refund Policy: The content being provided is sensitive, therefore our refund policy is as follows: If you're not completely satisfied with our services and educational materials within the first 30 days of your purchase, you can request a refund of your membership fee, minus a "tire kicker" fee that will be deducted from the refund as follows - $49.95 if you joined as a Silver Membership or $99.00 if you joined as a Gold Membership. This means that you can cancel the SILVER or GOLD Membership within 30 days and we will stop your membership and refund your membership fee back to your card minus the tire-kicker fee. 

We've instituted this "tire kicker fee" policy in lieu of a full refund policy to protect our work and discourage misuse. Unfortunately, there are instances where individuals purchase a membership, access our proprietary and valuable research, obtain all our portfolio stocks, and then seek a refund without any real intent to engage in use of the services. The tire kicker fee helps to protect our work and ensures that we attract dedicated members interested in building long-term, beneficial relationships.

Returning members are not permitted the same rights to refund. 2.6 You may cancel any subscription for the Service at any time during its term. However, CSW does not prorate any fees, charges , or applicable taxes associated with the Service upon any termination or cancellation and does not refund any such amounts (except as stipulated above for our 30 day guarantee) for any term already charged. When you cancel, your subscription will continue till the expiration date. If you have an outstanding balance, such as an annual subscriptions paid monthly, your card will be charge the remainder of the balance upon cancellation.

CSW will reasonably attempt to return a cancellation confirmation to your email address on file. You should retain this confirmation as a record of your cancellation. If you DO NOT receive confirmation, it is possible something went wrong and we never received it. It is your responsibility to make sure we have received your request. You may contact us via email (support@commonstockwarrants.com). We are not responsible for requests that go unanswered as we likely never received them

2.7 Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription term for another 12-month term. You agree that we may automatically renew your subscription and charge your account on the one year anniversary of your last subscription date (the "Renewal Date"), unless you cancel your subscription before the Renewal Date. CSW will automatically renew your subscription each year on the Renewal Date until you cancel your subscription or CSW no longer offers the subscription service. This means your subscription will automatically renew every month on your monthly enrollment anniversary or the last day of the month if you enrolled on the 29th, 30th or 31st and the current month has no such date. For annual subscriptions, this means every year on your annual enrollment anniversary. Your credit card or other form of payment will be automatically charged or debited unless you have cancelled your account. YOU MUST CANCEL PRIOR TO YOUR SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL OR TRIAL END DATE TO AVOID CONTINUED CHARGES. Don't worry, there's never a renewal hassle with CSW. You can cancel this automatic renewal plan at any time during your membership. However, we know people forget. If your membership renews and you do not wish to continue, we will refund your renewal payment provided that you contact us within 30 days of the renewal Date. After the end of the applicable 30 day refund period, your subscription payment is non-refundable.

2.8 Manage Your Subscripting: You can manage your subscription at any time. Simply log into the Members Only Site and click on the 'Manage Your Account' link at the top.

2.9 Multiple accounts are prohibited. If we find you have multiple accounts we will cancel your membership without warning and no refunds will be given. You may be banned from our site. Registering with new account or using multiple email addressed to avoid paying service fees is prohibited. If you have been a subscriber in the past you should use your existing account to renew. If you do not recall your login details, please contact support@commonstockwarrants.com or use the "forgot Password" link at our login page.

3. Virtual Private Networks: As the VPN market grows we understand that some of you may opt to use our services on a VPN network. It should be worth noting that we use your ip address as a login instance on our servers. If our system detects you logging in from too many ip addresses, it may lock your account down. This prevents sharing of access details and allows us to make sure your account does not get hacked. If you choose to use any VPN services, understand you may be locked out of your account because your ip address changes. We are not responsible for any time missed access the site while locked out of your account. You may email our support team if you have any issues. We will not support VPN access issues.
