The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Wonderfi Technologies Inc. common share purchase warrants will be delisted at the close on Feb. 5, 2024. According to the TSX, the warrants will expire at 4:30 p.m. Vancouver time on Feb. 5, 2024, as Feb. 4, 2024, is a Sunday. The warrants are exercisable at $3.10 per share until the expiry time. Trades on Feb. 1, 2024, will settle on Feb. 2, 2024, trades on Feb. 2, 2024, will settle on Feb. 5, 2024, and trades from the open to 12 p.m. Toronto time on Feb. 5, 2024, will settle on the same day.
